Gabriel Varga brings more than 30 years of project leadership and construction execution experience across commercial development, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, and complex renovation projects throughout New England.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Civil Engineering, Gabriel works with developers, investors, and commercial property owners to guide projects from early due diligence and planning through construction completion.
Known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach, Gabriel helps clients identify risks early, evaluate existing conditions, and make informed decisions that protect budgets, improve coordination, and reduce costly surprises.
As an independent owner's representative, Gabriel brings architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, lenders, and municipal agencies together to ensure every member of the project team is working toward the same objectives. Clear communication, proactive coordination, and timely decision-making help minimize unnecessary delays and keep projects moving efficiently.
His residential portfolio includes high-end renovations in the Hamptons, New York, and new-build mansion construction in Costa Rica, along with luxury renovations that call for detailed, historically sensitive restoration of historic homes. Gabriel is equally experienced managing occupied and vacant properties throughout construction — running renovations smoothly in homes that remain in use, a distinct advantage for investors and homeowners alike.
